Had 2 recalls and they said it would be about an hour each. Got car back in 1 1/2 hours.
My appointment was scheduled for 9:00, but they had no issues with me dropping my vehicle off early and providing a shuttle to allow me to arrive at work on time. Communication was prompt and they had everything ready when I arrived to pick up my vehicle.
