Helpful and Friendly I was in a wreck and wasn't really ready to buy a car, but everyone at Kenny Kent was so helpful and understanding. There was no pressure to buy. While dealing with an insurance company was awful, my experience with the staff at Kenny Kent certainly eased the pain. Chris helped me deal with the value of my wrecked car, since I didn't need financing and Blake was very helpful in showing me all the features of my new car.
Never disappointed with this service department! Always a pleasant experience and service satisfaction! Much better than our local Princeton service department! This particular visit fixed the issues from the previous visit in Princeton.
Great service department I received a recall notice on my SS and contacted Joe Kingston to schedule a time to drop it off. He got me in the next day and had the issue resolved quickly. Joe is an exceptional service advisor and have recommended him to a few friends for service on their vehicles.

Adding option after purchasing new Colorado After purchasing a new Colorado Z71 from Kenny Kent, we decided to add steps to ease entry. My previous truck had no steps and the LH side of the drivers seat was worn badly from sliding across the raised side of the bucket seat when entering and exiting the cab. Chris Byrley stepped up! After the horrible experience I had at this dealership, days later I was contacted by Chris Byrley the GM. He assured me that what happened to me should not have happened and went out of his way to try and make it right. He did attempt to locate a similar vehicle for a similar price as the one we initially thought we purchased. Sadly, he was unable to because it was a Dodge Durango. honest and straight forward while looking for our traverse we visited many dealerships...don moore,expressway chevrolet, and other makes, but kenny kent was very honest and straight forward with us about everything. don moore told us that they couldnt come close to kenny kents deal and that we should buy it, so guess what we did and we are extremely happy with our choice.
Completely satisfied, and then some. Everyone we dealt with at Kenny Kent Chevrolet was very helpful, answered all our questions and went the extra mile to give us a great buying experience. WOW!
