Upon arrival at the dealership for service I am always greeted promptly. My vehicle is taken care of and they always look it over to make sure that it don't need anything other than what I have come in for. The work is done timely and Andrea and Chris do a great job.
we were in the shop to have our oil changed and they said that I was due to have my zaktek re-applied to the car and they rotate the tires also they put a new sensor on my temp gauge for us
When I have car problems, I become very anxious. (I know NOTHING about cars!) Kenny Kent makes getting your car serviced/fixed a painless experience. They even helped me find financing to pay a rather large bill. Libbie, my service agent, kept in constant contact with price and service needs. She's outstanding! I'm becoming a loyal customer!
Travis Hobbs took care of me very well...I would recomend him to anyone. He is a great, non-pushy salesman and I like that. He helped me get a good deal on a 2006 Honda Odyssey, and helped very much with the price of the van and a couple of things I wanted done to it before the purchase. Travis worked with Tim Keith to get me a good deal and even got me new tires on the van! Daniel Aubuchon was very helpful, and fast in the financing and all the other paperwork. We had been looking for a small older truck. I looked on their website and found just what we had been looking for. I called the Internet Department and spoke with Brenda. She was great.
