I needed a car today and had one before i left the Dealership to the satisfaction of both parties, was a little lenghty but i had a dependable vechile and thats what i needed that day. This is my first NEW Vehicle in over 10 years! I couldn't be happier! I bought a new Equinox. We took a trip to Spokane, WA and our new Equinox was just great. Larry & Bobby were great. Their knowledge of the vehicle was refreshing, to say the least. I had checked with another Chevrolet Dealer and the salesman was not very knowledgeable about the Equinox. The price was Great! Over the last 6 years I have purchased 3 vehicles from Larry "No Hassel" Dassel. He is a very knowledgable salesman. I cannot say enough for how we were treated from the very beginning. We first spoke with Mr. Stephens then he directed us to his salesman, Larry. Both were very helpful in helping us find a vehicle for our daughter in college. Had a couple of problems after driving car with the battery and was taken care of with out a problem. I would recommend this dealership and gentlemen. (have recommended both and have had family purchase a new vehicle from them also)
We were in need of a new car & decided to return to Kenny Kent Hyundai. We drove a 2010 Sonata & a 2011 Sonata & purchased the 2011 GLS. My wife loves the new body style & is the primary driver so I have to keep her happy. The car sold itself basically since we already own 2 other Sonatas. I loved this purchase experience. I went car shopping looking for a small SUV to fit my family size and our day to day needs. I really was dreaming too big. But Kathie Sieg helped me get into a vehicle that not only met my budget but had the qualities that I was looking for in my purchase. It has the storage space I need and is also roomy, but very economic also and it has the sunroof that I so wanted. Just because I'm a mom doesn't mean I can't be a cool mom. The kids love it and so do I.
Not professional at all and do not value the customer experience. Honestly they are crooks. The management is terrible.
They kept us sitting for almost an hour and then pressured us to buy overpriced extended warranties. Gap insurance became an issue over timing and cost. I wish we had bought the car somewhere else. We will never take it here for service.
