2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I would inform them of my experience of a good quality result, but that it took much longer than expected and let them decide. As a side note: I suppose this could be my fault for not understanding, but I was very surprised by the $587.50 cost of calibrating the rear sensor & blind spot radar. I was told that the possibility of it costing up to $500 was written on the original estimate, but I don’t recall seeing it. Kenny kent recognized this was their fault, but was not compensated for the extra amount of time off and gas I would have to spend in order to get my car properly fixed. Originally my car was there longer than anticipated, which would not have been a big deal if my car had been fixed correctly. 2.5 Star : Customer Service 2.5 Star : Returned Clean
