2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Due to vibration in my floorboard the minute I started my car after my collision the verdict is still out? I told Isaiah that I believe my motor mounts got rattled. And it's still shakes after I got it back from Kenny Kent collision. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Time to repair was 6 days. Took 10 days. There was no explanation as to why. For instance if they found additional damage and needed to order more parts. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Was not able to answer why it took additional time to repair. 5 Star : Returned Clean

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Color is darker than original color. Body line doesn’t match on tailgate. Took too long. Painted the whole side of truck to blend paint now the paint doesn’t match on the tailgate, roof and the hood. Needless to say the oem paint is a higher quality paint. I wasn’t contacted to inform me that more than the box side was being painted 4 Star : Customer Service 3 Star : Returned Clean

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Unfortunately, my wife and I both work at Toyota and drive Lexus vehicles. I would not want anyone to go through this frustration. When we picked up the car, I noticed that the undamaged fender had the material, but not the hood or damaged fender.
