As a side note: I suppose this could be my fault for not understanding, but I was very surprised by the $587.50 cost of calibrating the rear sensor & blind spot radar. Kenny kent recognized this was their fault, but was not compensated for the extra amount of time off and gas I would have to spend in order to get my car properly fixed. Mechanical work- parts were replaced to drive out the door very much concerned about the grinding noise and longevity of the vehicle now. It should have been totaled most likely. The only way to get a correct answer is to call Toyota headquarters. 1.5 Star : Repair Quality My car had to be dismantled to repaint. My back driver's side window will no longer roll down .
