When we picked up the car, I noticed that the undamaged fender had the material, but not the hood or damaged fender. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality When I showed up to pick up my truck, the paint buffing was not finished and had to return the next day to pick it up again. Also the first day that i tried to pick it up, the battery was dead. I had to replace the battery today out of my own pocket. The repairs otherwise were good. 5 Star : Customer Service 2.5 Star : Returned Clean

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I waited 2 months for appt. Dropped off on 7/5 and didn't get my car back until 8/7... it wasn't ready when I came to pick it up and had to wait an hour. Then It wasn't right and had things wrong. See next question for issues. 1.5 Star : Repair Quality 3 Star : Customer Service Always very nice, in person and on the phone. They are just the messengers of the bad news... its not their fault. So lower score is not because of front office... because of overall experience. 1 Star : Returned Clean

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The new grill put on did look back to new. 2 Star : Customer Service I feel like the staff wasn’t necessarily unfriendly but I brought my van in on a Wednesday for a quoted 6 hour job and they said 2 times that it should be ready by that Friday and when I called them Friday afternoon they said it wasn’t even near being done and try next week. It was ready that next week on Wednesday and I’m not sure if I would have taken it in at that time to get fixed if I knew it was... read more

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend i wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality got an estimate in february, was to they’d call me back once they ordered parts. nobody ever called me for three months, never heard from them, so in may i finally called myself and they “miraculously” were able to get me in (although still an additional 6 weeks), so i knew that they had simply just forgotten to follow up. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Never again 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Told 9 hours labor. Understand things taking longer (worked at a body shop). Took over a month! Repairs are not correct Error codes on car that were not there Key given back bent and broken 0.5 Star : Customer Service Given a car back after a month with error codes, after market parts that didn’t fit and a broken key
