My salesman was great. I ordered my vehicle and it arrived much sooner than expected. They kept me up date on the progress. The only down side was they didn't offer me a fair price for what I was wanting to trade in.

Fixed an old recall problem needing repair they asked and told me about tire rotation before they charged me for anything and gave me a brand new car to drive while mine got fixed
