We only got one key fob at the purchase due to the product shortage. This was to get the 2nd key fob programed. Everything went very well from scheduling the appointment to conducting the service. Fluent process. Only thing is that they parked my car outside in front of there new car parking/show room after they finished the service, then before I was leaving, someone else came to me telling me my car was blocking their way...

I live about 2 hours away from dealership.They came to my house with a loaner,took my car to the dealership,repaired it,and brought it back to my house.all in one day.
