Max and Tyler were great to work with; they were honest and Tyler maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Max was understanding of my familys circumstances and allowed me to save a few dollars. Lets be honest; maintaining a vehicle through a dealership is considerably more expensive compared to an independent shop. With that said, I appreciate that Lexus OEM parts are used, the technicians/mechanics specialize on Lexus vehicles, and work with them every day; a free parts/labor warranty is an added bonus. Excellent Experience at the Service Department at Kenny Kent Lexus!! When I called for an appointment, Michael Grimm was pleasant, friendly, and professional. He accommodated me with a convenient appointment and a car to drive instead of waiting for service. When I picked up my car after service, he presented a detailed statement and explained details.
