Was told either to text Service Rep or to use the link - the link did not work - and never has worked - nothing comes up. And took a phone call to get a hold of Rep. When we booked were told it would be done by noon so we expected a text or a call - finally around 1 we went to KK and I waited for the car to get done - was told another 30-40 minutes.
