Ryan Buehrens, Service Advisor, was very kind and helpful during my ordeal of my car not starting on a 100 degree day! He made sure that I could get my new battery, in addition to other services needed in a timely manner even though the department was short staffed. I was given courtesy rides to and from my home, which was very much appreciated. I have been a long time customer of Kenny Kent Toyota and that will continue.

It was a 15,000 service. Tire rotation. In and out
The Jeep they sold me was amazing. However, the Check Engine light came on after only 3 days. They told me to take it to a Jeep dealership to get it diagnosed. When we learned it was a blown head gasket, they made it right and bought the Jeep back. I received great customer service and they did right by me.
It was quickly done on time. I had not negative issues with Kenny Kent service department.
Every step was perfect, from the initial greeting to the finished car.
Everything went fine and was efficient
they didn't make us feel rushed, showed us several cars til we found one we liked. Thanks
