Super experience EXCEPT the "Finance" session who made wait 90+ mins to close...for attempts for extra charges

Personal concierge who was the connection between the service team and me. Car was washed, would have liked gas tank topped. Snacks were "ok". People did not toss their garbage.

Pretty quick and friendly as always. Please repair the AC in the building. The lounge area was unbearable on a heat advisory day, and I had to walk over to the adjacent Lexus dealership to get proper AC and relief from the heat for myself and my small children.
