I did not know where to go to have my car's first service. I stood in the middle of a hallway until a nice man came by and asked if I needed help. He guided me to my service tech. I went to the lounge and waited but kept seeing people with snacks and drinks. I did not know I could purchase them and did so immediately since I was hungry. The prices were fair.
