Was told either to text Service Rep or to use the link - the link did not work - and never has worked - nothing comes up. And took a phone call to get a hold of Rep. When we booked were told it would be done by noon so we expected a text or a call - finally around 1 we went to KK and I waited for the car to get done - was told another 30-40 minutes. We felt the car did not get in to the service area to be worked on when we brought it in for our very early appointment. The service that was done was excellent though - just the... read more
