Each time I have had my car in for service its like smooth sailing. They are prompt in signing you in. They have a nice waiting room, and they personally come and get you for a prompt payment for service. I have never had an issue of making an appointment. They take time to answer your questions.

After I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Kenny Kent's ,I no longer could get a hold of anyone The very next day after getting it I had a valve stem break.I had to get it fixed and was informed the tim was extremely bent and needed to replace it or it would ruin my tire.i tried getting a hold of someone at Kenny Kent's to no avail.so now on top of the down payment I gave them I also have to buy a new rim.i would not recommend them to anyone I know!
