Service was quick and efficient, however I requested shuttle service and the shuttle driver did not arrive until the service was almost complete. The service coordinator was efficient and on top of things and was very apologetic about the shuttle.

The service advisors are knowledgeable, if. They can be contacted. The phone system is useless to contact a service advisor.

The car we were interested in was not ready to show us. The car was not clean, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The salesperson did try to direct us to alternatives and we did look at two other vehicles but they didn't meet our criteria
