Each time I have had my car in for service its like smooth sailing. They are prompt in signing you in. They have a nice waiting room, and they personally come and get you for a prompt payment for service. I have never had an issue of making an appointment. They take time to answer your questions.

Everyone & everything was fine about the Zactek. But, I couldn't understand why the Service Advisor mentioned that Kenny Kent Service Dept. could not replace the windshield wipers nor could they replace the right indicator bulb. In fact, the Service Advisor suggested I go to a Ford Dealer, such as D Patrick to have the work performed. Please explain "W-H-Y?". Thanks.
