They completed.the service items in reasonable time frame. The mechanic broke a lug bolt so they replaced the entire set. The service advisor let me know the appointment would take a little longer due to the lug bolt issue. The complimentary car wash didn't extend the appointment by much.
Service was performed at scheduled time and the need for additional service in the near future due to mileage was explained.
