Had dead battery. After got it jump started drove it to Kenny Kent. Was received warmly and took care of replacing the battery right away after they checked it to make sure it needed it. Extremely grateful for prompt service!

Having just been in for a question about a hesitation in starting the car, having a new fob battery installed and the battery and charging system supposedly checked out, I was a bit surprised when I could not start my car at all about 2 weeks later. Was told everything was OK and I needed to drive the car more. I drive the same amount I have for years and have never had this problem. Hi there, Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration with this issue. This can be caused by many things ,but unfortunately the battery has to fail for us to replace it under warranty. If it tested good, then we leave the stock battery in the car. A lot of other factors come into play as well such as, is the customer leaving the keys in or too close to the car?
