Pick up vehicle & noticed the "Maintenence Required" flashing. When I left everyone was just standing or sitting not doing anything with a phone in arm's reach, I immediately tried to call them back. After on hold for exactly 25:01 minutes I hung up and called back, same thing, please hold! Called back again and told the real person I talked to NOT put me on HOLD! Live person: After I explained issue, you can bring it back! Really??
