Poor communication, I visited Kenny U-Pull a couple weeks ago and after I swiped my credit card and left the worker came out to my vehicle and said the transaction did not go through. I came back in and paid again thinking they were correct. After arriving home and checking my bank I realized I was in fact charged twice. I have been double charged $69.04 and brought this to the attention of the branch manager who said they will look into this and get back to me. Terrible experience i would never recommend. workers are absolute dummies
Our first experience at Kenny U-Pull in Elmsdale was horrible, staff wouldn't let my 18 year old son get parts for his Mazda, he needed his ID to enter, his mother was with him and grandfather , they told him his age, the staff didn't believe him, looked at his Facebook account and still didnt believe his age, pretty much called him a thief before he even entered, piss poor way to run a business, we won't be back for anything from you.
