Ils ont carrément les deux mains dans les poches des clients. Que ce soit des frais d'entré sur le site ou des consignes sur des pièces non ré usinable. Le personnel ne fait que faire et dire ce qu'on leurs dit sans avoir de compétences pertinente et les véhicules ne sont pas posé de façon sécuritaire, voir instable. On fait signer une décharge de non responsabilité à l'arrivée sur les lieux. Les prix on été révisé à la hausse.
went looking for tires.found a 2 on rims and 2 off. no signs daying tires off are priced differently. wasted 2 hours of my time in there and had to remove 2 tires from rims by hand after digging through the snow to find the tools to do it and the tire rig is not mounted to the ground so it's spinning as you work. hurt my back paid 3$ and left with nothing but a hate for this shit hole. staff at rude and of no help. they will probably take the tires I took off the rims and make the price up on them too. scam of a place in my ... read more

Staff were ignorant, charged me the lot fee for getting a rim sitting beside the door .. would suggest going elsewhere for parts

worse place I've ever had to deal with just because I wouldn't sell them my converter was told to never fucking come back little man with the glasses you should watch you mouth rcmp not always gonna be there to help you shouldn't be working with the public nothing but attitude from the minute you walk in never again will I go there and I'll make sure to tell anyone I know the same

if u wanna b called a thief go to Kenny's in elmsdale. the staff are nothing but a bunch of idiot's. atleast the cops got it straightened out and we were released without no charges or apology
Worst experience EVER .I usually get all my parts from Kenny’s U pull in Elmsdale. I recently had to make a trip to Moncton for parts that the elmsdale store did not have. I thought that I had bought a seatbelt at the Moncton store and they said if I had any issues I could return it to Elmsdale. When I gave her the seatbelt she accused me of stealing it and said she had my licence and make of my vehicle and I was not welcome there again, total humiliation and not impressed.
