Theo did an amazing job selling our townhouse the weekend it listed for more than asking price! Couldn't have gone better!! He also not only FOUND a prelisting home for us in our neighborhood that almost everything we wanted, but also helped us negotiate a 203k rehab loan for this property while it was mid-rehab. I had no idea how many houses I had to look at. I didn't know anything about the process with the inspection and request for repairs or what. Sarah Brown was EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH ME. I know she has had to go above and beyond to help us make our dream home become reality. Thank you seems like just a word when I know she performed a miracle. I owe Sarah her so very much!!

Theo was extremely timely in his responses, always easy to reach. He helped us negotiate and asked a lot of questions for us when we weren’t sure what to be asking. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve worked with other agents in the past but he has been the best and by far exceeded our expectations!

Amazing experience. Cristina made it easy, answered any questions in that same day, good at negotiating, knowlegeable, and found a good team and fit for me. She knew what I wanted and found the perfect place for me. Couldn't have done it long distance so easily. Best customer service ever!
