I'd leave ZERO if I could. We, as buyers, had a purchase agreement with sellers. The inspection had already been done. Everything was signed and ready to go.Maria (Gaby) Aranda-Schwob brought another buyer, realtor and attorney to the sellers and talked them into signing a new agreement and cancelling ours. After this, the sellers CAME to our house and told us that they wanted US in their home said that they didn't like the way they were pressured.
