Working together with Emily Protzner on the purchase of our new home in Eden Prairie, MN was a great experience. She was insightful, really listened to our wish list, and provided us with many great homes which fit our desires. When we found the right one, she provided guidance on the bidding process, which secured our offer, which was accepted by the seller. It was a great overall experience.
Our agent Chia provided exceptional service, more than we could have ever asked for. This process was complicated and difficult at times . She wore many hats and got us thru with great care, promptness, and sound knowledge.
