He worked hard for us and sold our house for over asking price in 2 days!! We couldn’t ask for more! He did a great job!!! He also helped us with the closing... we did a preclose and we need his help and he was there for us!

Theo is such a cool guy. Very laid back but also professional. He sells a ton of multi million dollar homes but he's amazing at finding little gems like the one we bought. He knows the Richfield Bloomington area well and gave us good advice. This was our first home purchase. He's assertive and won't steer you wrong. Can't recommend enough!

Theo is above and beyond! He's a man of character and clearly cares for your needs and desires over his own! He was available when we needed and was extremely knowledgeable regarding the market and any house we walked through. I especially was helped by his comp work, which gave us confidence regarding the fair market value of our home. He helped us structure a deal on a very highly sought after property that had about a short, 36-hour window! Needless to say, we got it!

We love how down to earth and friendly Christian is. He's the perfect mixture of casual and professional - he was always on top of things, while making sure we were comfortable through every step. Every time we'd get panicked or confused, he took the time to explain the process to us and did what he could to alleviate our stress.
