Bonnie was very informative and flexible with us. I felt like she as available 24/7 even when it was at, what we would consider, inconvenient times to answer our questions.
From our first meeting with Bill till the days of closing Bill was always there for us. Bill always answered his phone and met us many times to go over our new home. Bill had a lot of knowledge of the lenders and gave us confidence in purchasing a home. We love his sense of humor. I have recommended Bill to many people.
Tiffany was very knowledgeable and friendly! She made herself available to us to look at homes based on our schedule. Being first time home buyers she made our experience great!

Cristina was excellent with her response time and was proactive in making sure the buying process was brought to completion by keeping all of the paperwork going and letting us know what was next. She was knowledgeable, professional and efficient the whole way through!
I was the seller of a home in Bloomington, MN. I enlisted the services of Eric to do the selling of the real estate, as I had previously used him to sell my previous home and also purchase the one I am now living in, as I knew the time and effort he puts into his clients. Eric understands his client and works with the client to obtain desired results. He also listens to the client and how they wish to handle their transaction, so basically they are in sync. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone.
