Cristina and her team were everything you’d want from your realtor in looking for a new home. They always made themselves available to us. They helped us think through things we weren’t versed on. They gave advice and shared their perspective when we asked. Most importantly, they were a joy to work with and had our best interests at heart. We absolutely love our new home and loved working with Cristina and team!

Working with Kerby and Cristina was awesome. Cristina started building a relationship with us two years ago; then our jobs took an unexpected turn and we were delayed in coming to MN. Once back, she was ready to jump into the search. She was thoughtful, patient and willing to go to bat for us. Her team is terrific too – Sarah showed us 50 houses in 72 hours and smiled the whole time!

We worked with Jim Kerr and it was great. He responded right away to any questions we had or to schedule any houses we wanted to see. When it came time to write an offer, he worked all hours with us to get the offer in on a very tight deadline. He was the first agent we met with and we both knew right away that we going to choose him. We're both super glad we did.

Working with Doug was fantastic! He went way beyond the call of duty to help us. The listing agent we worked with was less than responsive, but Doug made sure he didn’t drag his feet on important items. We hope to be purchasing another home to use as a rental property in the next few years. We will absolutely come back to the Kerby and Cristina office so we can work with Doug again. It was a great experience, from the first time we said we wanted to sell to the very end. Cristina was very thorough and explained everything we had to do to get ready. It was a very smooth transition. We were really glad she told us to get a pre-inspection. We were able to work on that over a few months instead of trying to get everything done in a couple of weeks. We highly recommend the team of Kerby and Cristina!

Jenn was awesome!! She definitely went above and beyond our expectations. She was very knowldgeable and thorough on every showing we went to and worked very diligently to get us in a house. She kept long hours to show us properties and always kept in touch. If she wasn’t available she made sure someone was.
