Gaby (Maria) is an exceptional agent. She is also the most patient person I've ever known. Dylan was great and went above and beyond to help us secure our first home! We were able to get our home over 35k under the original asking price, sellers payed closing costs, and he helped us get concessions for necessary repairs that were discovered on inspection. Working with Sean Giambruno of Kerby and Cristina Real Estate Experts made a difficult move much easier. After 42 years in our home, there was a lot to move and some updates to do. Sean had recommendations for people to do various jobs, so we didn't have to worry about researching that, which was a huge help. He was always reachable to answer our questions. He and everyone we connected with throughout the sale process was wonderful. I would highly recommend Sean.
