Our experience with Krista was excellent. Krista was very patient with us through our purchase and sale. She was very professional and kept everything on track.
Cristina and the whole team were amazing to work with! They gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. They were willing to work at our pace, understood our needs and made buying our first home a smooth process. We loved working with them and will recommend them to everyone we know!
I really enjoyed working with Jenn on listing and selling of my house, from day one. She presented the market situation and what to expect. She truly cared about my opinions and decisions, never pressured me into anything. Jenn was always happy and upbeat, making everything more enjoyable when things were stressful. I enjoyed getting to know Jenn and all the other members of your team that worked with me over this last summer.
Doug was a great compliment to my experiences selling homes. He listened to what we wanted and thought about what was the best way to accomplish that. He gave us some different options. We went with one of his suggestions and it worked perfect!
I really enjoyed working on staging my house following Kimberly’s and Jenn’s advice. It was fun rummaging through my friend’s houses to borrow thing to decorate on a budget:-)
Krista was amazing and guided us through every step of the process! She was very patient even when we kept on changing criteria about the city, existing home and new homes. Once we decided on what we wanted, she was with us every step of the way from detailing things out to purchase agreement to inspections to closing.
Things went quite smoothly and Eric responded to emails promptly and thorougly. When we decided to start the process of putting in an offer on a Sunday evening, he began working with us immediately. He was always knowledgeable, efficient and professional.
Krista was amazing to work with. She had our best interest at heart. She understood what our requirements were and patiently worked with us. We would recommened Krista to any of our friends. Thanks Krista!
