Kerby and Cristina knew exactly what house was 'OURS' as soon as they saw it. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in our (impossibly small) price range and we couldn't be happier! Every time I hear a friend say they're looking for a home, I instantly ask, 'Do you have a realtor?? I have a FANTASTIC one!' We really appreciate them!

I think they are knowledgeable about the Twin Cities market and do a good job of broadly marketing homes. They have a huge internet presence. Our main concerns were that 1) Cristina failed to notice that the document she sent for us to sign after inspection included a $9,000 price reduction (that was unreasonable) 2) We felt pressure from Cristina to accept the first offer we received (below asking price), after only 48 hours on the market.
