Our experience with Eric was great, he communicated with us very well and always got back to us very quickly. If he didn’t have an answer for us right away he always found out and got right back to us.
Everything Eric did was professional, well-thought-through, and detailed. Eric had a solid plan to sell our house, and evidence to back up his suggested list price. We were thrilled that our house sold so quickly. All of his advice was spot on!

Steve and Val were fabulous to work with. They accommodated our schedules and once we found our property, made several extra trips to allow us entry to work with remodelers. They were knowledgeable and provided us with everything we needed to know through the sale process. Highly recommended!
Eric was just super to work with. Very professional but also very friendly. I liked the way he always laughed at my stupid jokes. He helped us in every way possible from start to finish. Also Kimberly was great (she spent a lot of time with us and showed us how to stage on a shoestring) and everyone else we met on the team was terrific as well. Five star all the way!

Eric was quick to get back to us when we had questions and he was professional. The kids liked him so that made us comfortable, we wanted the sale to go smooth as much for them as for us.
Jim was awesome! This was my 1st home purchase and he made the whole experience easy and fun. He was so helpful and up front with me about everything.
