What can I say, they helped us sell our house in less then a week! Cristina and Kerby obviously know their stuff and really impressed me with their effort they went to to make sure we were prepared well before selling out St Paul home, and negotiating down a very fair price when we bought our St Anthony home (and getting both homes closed within a month of each other!) In buying our home, we worked mostly with Cristina. She was very knowledgeable and always went above and beyond to find out as much information as possible for the homes we were interested in. She was available almost around-the-clock to answer our questions whether that be via email, phone, or text message. These guys were great. I would highly recommend them to anyone I care about. I thought they provided very helpful and honest advice throughout the process. They are extremely responsive and stayed very involved to helped us through the whole negotiation, which went fantastic. They have a great reputation and it is well deserved based on my experience.

Kerby and Cristina and team have helped us buy houses two times. They are wonderful, responsive, knowledgeable, two steps ahead of other reactors and overall great to work with. It is nice working with a team that gets it done every time. I have bought two places wih Kerby and Cristina and I highly recommend them to everyone. They also helped my brother purchase their place, and my parents used them to find a cabin. Our family will always use their team. They're very responsive and are willing to help anyway they can.
