We recently completed our second home purchase with Kerby and Cristina within the last three years. It was an easy choice to use them again because of how helpful they are. I would echo others comments that they are lightning fast to respond should you have questions and always available for general advice. Whether it's your first home or second, or third, or.... I would highly recommend Kerby and Cristina!

Cristina contacted me after a few searches that I had done on her website looking for a condominium or townhouse. I was recommended to Kerby and Cristina through one of my old coworkers who had recently bought a home through them and said they had a fantastic experience. We count ourselves very lucky in finding Kerby and Cristina. As a couple they are great and their whole team was very responsive and informed. Kerby gave us all the information as we moved into and through the selling process. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We relocated from Arizona to Minnesota and they helped us find a great home in a great location! We wanted a place in a highly sought after area and they helped us put in and finalize an offer within 10 days of the house hitting the market (and we got it below asking price). I still haven't seen anything like this house on the market, and I think we would still be searching if it wasn't for their help. After 60 years in our home it was very difficult to move, but Kerby and Christina made it much easier by keeping us updated all along the way. They were understanding and promptly answered all our questions. They are tops in their profession. We were very thankful to have them as our realtors.
