Kerby & Cristina and their team went above and beyond as we purchased our home. When it was time for us to take the leap, they sat down with us and talked through all aspects of the process, and helped us narrow down our search of what would best fit our needs - talking through price, location, layout, schools, etc. We purchased a foreclosed home and they kept us in the loop through the whole bank process and helped us to a successful closing. They were always on top of things, quick to respond, and genuinely excited for us!

The best in the business! My husband and I purchased our home with Kerby and Cristina 3 years ago, and from beginning to end they really made us feel confident and comfortable. Their knowledge of our target market (south minneapolis), confidence in every step of the process from the search through the closing really made us feel at ease. They were incredibly responsive and timely, in their communication with us as well as the selling realitor. Would choose them again if we ever want to sell our home!

We used our good friends and premier real estate team Kerby and Cristina to sell and purchase a new home. We had purchased our most recent house with them and had them over to dinner to see all the updates we had made. Kerby and Cristina knew exactly what house was 'OURS' as soon as they saw it. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in our (impossibly small) price range and we couldn't be happier! Every time I hear a friend say they're looking for a home, I instantly ask, 'Do you have a realtor?? I have a FANTASTIC one!' We really appreciate them!
