Cristina is not only knowledgeable, she truly cares about her clients. Her only concern is client best interest. This was my first home buying experience and as such I had concerns and worries, but Kirby and Cristina made it surprisingly easy. My agent, Ryan Bunke, explained to me how the process would work, from showing to closing, and what to expect at each step. He drove me to each showing, answered all my emails and phone calls promptly and kept me in the loop. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Kirby and Cristina to anyone thinking of buying a home.

We recently bought our first house using Kerby and Cristina. Cristina was very helpful in taking what we wanted in a house and helping us choose the right neighborhood to look in that would encompass all those wants. That knowledge helped eliminate a lot of extra time looking at houses that didn't really meet our criteria list.
