I worked with Cristina and her team to get my recent townhouse purchased. They are responsive and provide any information I asked for quickly. They answer my questions with insights and never get bothered by my naive knowledge on the housing market. They don't push me into making quick decisions and are very patient about showing one house multiple times for me.

We bought our first house together with Leslie, part of their group. She was amazing! She was patient and got us a great deal on our dream home! She helped us to get a bunch of stuff added in like furniture, Art Deco, and the projector. She was always ontime when showing homes and really looked into the home before we went. My husband only wanted a three car deep or 4 car garage, she would call ahead to make sure we didn't waste time on homes without the right garage.

We recently completed our second home purchase with Kerby and Cristina within the last three years. It was an easy choice to use them again because of how helpful they are. I would echo others comments that they are lightning fast to respond should you have questions and always available for general advice. Whether it's your first home or second, or third, or.... I would highly recommend Kerby and Cristina!

Cristina contacted me after a few searches that I had done on her website looking for a condominium or townhouse.
