We recently bought our first house using Kerby and Cristina. Cristina was very helpful in taking what we wanted in a house and helping us choose the right neighborhood to look in that would encompass all those wants. That knowledge helped eliminate a lot of extra time looking at houses that didn't really meet our criteria list. Kerby and Cristina recently helped me with the sale of my home and purchase my new home. I couldn't be happier. Not only did they get me top dollar for the sale of my home but helped me negotiate a great price on the purchase of our new home. They were SO on top of everything. This team does everything possible to make it a great experience for everyone. I couldn't recommend Kerby and Cristina highly enough. They are great!

Kerby helped us sell our home and Cristina helped us buy our new home. Overall we were very happy working with Kerby & Cristina. We loved that a staging expert was included in the process of selling, and we believe the suggestions given to us really helped us sell our home quickly. We sold in under a week! We were looking for a starter home for daughter and couldn't have been happier with our realtor choice! She set up customized searches for us, which narrowed down houses to look at, and was more than happy to show her anything she wanted to see, with no pressure. I worked with Cristina and her team to get my recent townhouse purchased. They are responsive and provide any information I asked for quickly. They answer my questions with insights and never get bothered by my naive knowledge on the housing market. They don't push me into making quick decisions and are very patient about showing one house multiple times for me.
