We bought our first house together with Leslie, part of their group. She was amazing! She was patient and got us a great deal on our dream home! She helped us to get a bunch of stuff added in like furniture, Art Deco, and the projector. She was always ontime when showing homes and really looked into the home before we went. My husband only wanted a three car deep or 4 car garage, she would call ahead to make sure we didn't waste time on homes without the right garage.

We recently completed our second home purchase with Kerby and Cristina within the last three years. It was an easy choice to use them again because of how helpful they are. I would echo others comments that they are lightning fast to respond should you have questions and always available for general advice. Whether it's your first home or second, or third, or.... I would highly recommend Kerby and Cristina!

Cristina contacted me after a few searches that I had done on her website looking for a condominium or townhouse. I was recommended to Kerby and Cristina through one of my old coworkers who had recently bought a home through them and said they had a fantastic experience. We relocated from Arizona to Minnesota and they helped us find a great home in a great location! We wanted a place in a highly sought after area and they helped us put in and finalize an offer within 10 days of the house hitting the market (and we got it below asking price).
