Kerby & Co. worked tirelessly to help us sell our home. The short sale process was confusing and intimidating at first. Kerby helped explain the process along the way and represented us during the 7 months it took to find a buyer and negotiate with the bank. His team was efficient and encouraging throughout. Also, he responded to calls and emails very quickly. I would definitely recommend Kerby and Cristina as realtors.

Kerby was great to work with. We were moving in from out of town and Kerby was very patient with us as we looked for something that fit a fairly detailed list of requirements in a house. Kerby even went and looked at houses for us and sent us pictures and reviews when we were out of town. He was great to work with and never pressured us to make a decision. He was responsive to any and all questions. In addition, the staff around him was the most helpful group of people I've worked with!
