This was our 2nd time working with Shilo, and we would definitely recommend her. She gave us sound recommendations on what needed to be done to sell our 130 year-old home that had very few updates. She was accessible and very patient with my multiple questions. Shilo is very knowledgeable and prepared us for possible outcomes during the process. She even came to my home to assist do a quick diy project in my bathroom. My home sold in 5 days and I was extremely pleased. We would definitely recommend her to a buyer or seller.

Sheila partnered with another RE/MAX agent to sell our home. This was because she had not fully transitioned back to MN. She did a fantastic job. She listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. She came over to help us stage the home before pictures were taken. She made herself available to assist with all the stages of selling our house. We would use her again if we decide to purchase another house in MN.

Dylan Welter constantly went above and beyond during the housing search! If you're living in the Twin Cities area I would highly recommend working with him. He was super knowledgeable during the showings and being able to teach and talk through what to look at while we were walking through homes.
