I would 10/10 recommend Dylan as your realtor! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and had a lot of questions (I mean, a lot) and Dylan was there for me every step of the way. He helps answer any question I had, helped me do my research and guided me at every step, while making sure I was getting the best value for what I wanted. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We belonged to an HOA where had some issues over outdated paperwork. John worked hard at making the management company expedite the requests for them to fix their issues. Stood by us all the way through the process. We had moved out of state before the closing of our home, John went above and beyond what we believe most realtors would have done,being that we were already 1,500 miles away getting started in our new home. Connor is an excellent agent. He was patient and provided advice and guidance through out the entire process. He had to work with 3 people on the sale of a house in an estate and he managed to help us all with our many questions. He was able to take the time to meet with each of us at the signing of the sale at the Title company He was very professional in every aspect and we highly recommend Connor as an agent.
