Sarah has guided me over the past 5 years with locating and working for me in the acquisition of 5+ properties. Tara was our agent. We couldn’t have been happier with how smooth the process of selling our home went under Tara’s guidance. She and her team were very informative and knowledgeable. We asked Tara to be detailed with her assessment and opinions and we feel that made the difference because our home sold in a far shorter time then we expected.

Dylan was the agent representing us during the sale of our townhouse in Plymouth mn. I appreciated his advice and knowledge throughout the process as we worked with a very difficult buying agent. We had already moved 3 hours away, and Dylan assisted as the point person to coordinate work that needed to be done to our townhouse in preparation for the sale. That is above and beyond. I could not have been more pleased with Dylan! He really helped focus my search, was very responsive to any questions I had, and provided a great breakdown of every house we toured. Once I found a house I wanted to put an offer on, he was crucial in helping me navigate that process. On top of that, he negotiated some great terms! I would absolutely work with him again.
