She didn't rush us in any matter but took the time to explain everything in detail. She was available literally 24X7 and we never felt we were intruding. Dylan gave excellent advice throughout the process. He has gone above and beyond to expedite everything. I am currently away from Minnesota and he has handled all details necessary to complete the sale. He has hired contractors to meet the inspection suggestions, and been present at the house to oversee the work. He advised along the way with showings and offers. His team helped with staging and photos. Someone was always available by phone when I had a question.
Dylan Welter did a fantastic job assisting in selling my house. He was available all the time when I needed assistance. The photographs of my house were done on a beautiful fall day when the colors were stunning even though my house was not listed until December. His negotiation skills were very valuable. He knew that I wanted to sell quickly, and we sold in 4 days.
