I've appreciated your very quick responses to questions and your getting us quickly into the places that we selected to visit. Since were still midstream on things, i.e. waiting on closing, waiting on information from the seller, the final verdict is still out but things are looking good at this point. Thanks!

Allie was AMAZING! She is exceptionally responsive and that mattered the most given the market conditions. Her estimates for sales price were spot on, she was helpful as we had to navigate a changing environment with interest rates changing, and helped us figure out the right strategies between showings and open houses that ultimately led to the perfect offer for us and the family purchasing. Justin was very helpful and patient throughout the buying process. He took time to understand my needs and wants, used his expertise to look at the market and make proper suggestions. Also was knowledgeable about right time to buy given intense buying pressures. Found me the right home and was able to negotiate the right price during that time. Was also knowledgeable about the house in general and gave me a heads up about updates that the property would require and advised me to include that within my budget.
