Juan was great to work with throughout the purchase process. Ours was particularly more challenging, being 'out of state' purchasers. Juan was able to show us properties that met our criteria, then video a walk through of our final choice so we'd feel less like we'd purchased 'sight unseen'. The property closes today, though Juan's involvement continues with painting vendors and tying up any loose ends with the sellers in our absence. Much appreciate his many efforts.

Our experience with Tara, who was our realtor agent, has been outstanding from the beginning. Now we have purchased a wonderful home that we are looking forward to moving into. Without a doubt we will use Tara to be our agent when selling our current home here in the next few weeks. I don't believe we could have found a better agent to represent us.

As First time home buyers, it can be overwhelming with all of the information out there, but Allie was amazing at explaining everything along the way. We were able to contact her anytime we had questions, or needed something throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. We really enjoyed having her as our real estate agent and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
