Shanna was an excellent realtor for us. She walked us through the homebuying process via Skype before our first showing and was able to provide helpful insight into the area. We set up a customized home search that was way more refined than what we had created on our own. She was responsive and got us into a showing at a moment's notice. This was my second time buying a home in the past 3 years and I knew when I was buying my second home, I had to work with Dylan (through Kirby and Christina) again. He was on top of everything and super quick to respond to any question! When our first buyer fell threw he was super fast to help us get new showings and an open house scheduled And a new buyer lined up. Bill helped me get a deal on a house during the crazy housing market of 2021. His negotiation skills are very good, and knew when and when not to ask for items found during my inspection. His ability to communicate was fantastic, answering texts and calls week nights and weekends, and letting me know when an email was sent that needed attention. We decided to use David Lee with Kerby and Cristina. David was very responsive, helpful and did everything needed to keep the house on track. He checked in often enough making sure that there were no questions or concerns. We were out of town and David was willing and able to take care of things at the house, making sure there were no delay's getting the house on the market.
