Justin was great to work with, very informative and knowledgeable and available 24/7 to answer our questions. If we wanted to tour a house he’d have it set up within 24 hour or less. He’s was very optimistic when we got discouraged after declined offers but ultimately he helped us find a great house and can’t wait to close soon!
We knew we wanted to sell the house but dreaded the process and could not find an agent that we could trust to protect our interests, and help us navigate this complex and stressful process. Then we met Chia. We connected immediately and we followed her guidance all along. She is a true professional, a great communicator, detail oriented, conscientious, and last but not least fun. We would recommend Chia to anyone.
We loved working with Emilie. She was always very quick to respond to our needs. She helped us navigate a difficult market and find our home. She was very kind and friendly towards us and we enjoyed getting to know her. She was skilled in real estate and was able to explain things to us well.
Sean was ALWAYS available, whether it be a text, email, phone call, or a showing. It was also clear that he has a solid support team to help with everything involved with selling AND buying a home. Every question or concern that we threw at him he had, or quickly got the answer to. We sold for more than we expected and bought under budget! What else could we ask for? ("Sold," we say it too).
