I would highly recommend Sean to first-time homebuyers. Sean was always available to answer our (many) questions or to attend a showing at the last minute. He helped us think outside the box and we ended up finding the perfect first home for our family. We could not have accomplished this in such a tough market without Sean’s guidance, support, and advocacy.

Dylan genuinely wanted to help me to find an investment property that would meet my needs. We look for several houses until I found one that really liked. I never feel any kind a pressure from his part. He was kind and patient throughout the process always looking for my best interest. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Sean was great! He helped me every step of the way, treated me like I was a friend not just a client.. As a first time home buyer he was available to answer questions no matter the time of day. Not only would I go to Sean again to buy a home if the opportunity arises, but I may even invite this guy to my wedding!
