We are so glad we had Kathryn to help us find our new home in this competitive market of 2021. Kathryn was great at advising us of different strategies to make our offers more attractive to sellers. She was always very responsive to our questions and available to take us to lots of showings. She also guided us through all of the negotiations with the sellers. Definitely can't recommend Kathryn enough!

Justin was great to work with, very informative and knowledgeable and available 24/7 to answer our questions. If we wanted to tour a house he’d have it set up within 24 hour or less. He’s was very optimistic when we got discouraged after declined offers but ultimately he helped us find a great house and can’t wait to close soon!

Sean was ALWAYS available, whether it be a text, email, phone call, or a showing. It was also clear that he has a solid support team to help with everything involved with selling AND buying a home. Every question or concern that we threw at him he had, or quickly got the answer to. We sold for more than we expected and bought under budget! What else could we ask for? ("Sold," we say it too).
