Jessica was AWESOME to work with!! It was my first time buying a home and she was able to walk me through the process, answer all my questions, and made it a wonderful experience. I really appreciated how she got to know me and understand what I was looking for. We looked at several properties and she learned all about my likes and dislikes and found me my first home! The team at Kerby and Cristina was a delight to work with to sell out home just as they were when we bought it 7 years earlier. We knew the process would go fast so we reached out early to get things started. The team had no hesitation sending us the info we needed and communicating often. Working with Kathryn and Chia was easy and they got our home sold in one weekend for over asking price. So thankful for all the work the team did!

I have had the absolute best experience working with Cristina to buy my first home. She has been very prompt with communication, and able to explain everything in a way I can easily understand. She has provided a lot of great insight and has given me a lot of reassurance through the whole process. We got the pleasure to work with Kayla who was recommended by our mortgage company and I can definitely see why. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and fought hard to get us the first home we decided to put an offer on in this crazy market. I worked with Allie Kaiser, and the experience was great. The virtual tour they offered was above and beyond anything I've ever seen. Also the transition from coming soon to listing the home was as smooth as it could be. Her knowledge of the area along with her supporting team made selling my house quick and painless. Rachel and her team did an outstanding job supporting us on the sale of our house. We truly cannot say enough good things about her. Allie has been wonderful! We are first time home buyers and with that have had many questions and Allie has answered them all in a timely manner even while on vacation!
