My realtor Jessica was amazing! She really helped me as a first time buyer and explained everything to me to, was so easy to contact and always checked in on me and my comfort level when discussing each home and offer. Worked with Dylan Welter for 2 years even for my first house. We checked many houses in 2 years. I am a picky first time buyer, but Dylan is very patient and professional. We backed out from a house after inspection and restarted from the first check box. After we finally found the house we want, closing date was pushed twice. We started the process of selling our home in early January. Eric, our realtor brought multiple comps, calculated using multiple methods and characteristics at the first meeting. This was even before we agreed to go with them, or signed anything. None of the other realtors we talked to came prepared with any useful information.
